It is a slick new homage to the Sultan. Tons of pictures, but not a whole lot of information.

No agency. I heard the owner is an ordinary employee at the Diwan. Not sure though. And supposedly, this website was presented to His Majesty as a gift for the 38th National Day.
I thought such a gift should be supervised by an organization or agency, or better yet, the Ministry of Information, and not just an ordinary individual. There are tons of similar websites on the Internet owned by Omani individuals. The only difference between this website and the other websites about His Majesty is that this website is in different languages. But still, what makes it so special that only this website to be presented as a gift to HM?
